Step 1: Verifying active scripting and then removing Active X

Active X controls are disabled at high-security levels in Internet Explorer. Follow these steps:

  • Open Internet Explorer and navigate to Internet Options.

  • Scroll down to find the Custom Level option.
  • Look for the ActiveX controls and plug-ins setting.
  • Now, click on the Default Level button and then click OK.

Remove or uninstall the ActiveX file in Internet Explorer.

  • Navigate to the options in Internet Explorer to uninstall and remove the ActiveX file from your system.
  • Go to the Settings tab and select the View Objects tab.
  • Check for all ActiveX files currently installed in the system.
  • Locate the file name starting with qboax, such as qboax11 or qboax11.dll.
  • Ensure all Internet Explorer windows are closed, then delete the file from the system.

Step 2: Clear the browser's cache
